Outsourcing your video production translates to dealing with experts who know what they're doing. They have the experience, reputation, equipment, and additional resources necessary to produce a high-quality video (and who wants anything other than that?).
In addition to access to exceptional equipment and behind-the-scenes talent, a video production company will be able to hire professional actors and voiceover artists or, at the very least, connect you with some in the area.
An obvious benefit of outsourcing video production is that your own employees can focus on what's really important: their jobs. They won't have to take time away from their duties that keep your engineering firm operating smoothly.
Outsourcing Video Production: Cons
Outsourcing to a video production company will typically reduce schedule flexibility. A production company is engaged in numerous projects and aren't always able to respond to sudden schedule changes favorably.
An additional con is that the production company will lack a personal connection to the brand, product, and customers - unless it goes above and beyond to get to know your firm inside-out.
